Because I photograph weddings all over the region, and let's be honest, things are CRAZY busy when you're planning a wedding, we FaceTime. We get to know each other a little better, you fill me in on all the things - how you met, how you got engaged, your amazing wedding plans, all things about your pets - you get the gist. This is when I answer all your questions and make sure that I'm the perfect fit to document your beautiful day and carry out the vision you've always dreamed of.

Say YES to the photographer and later, yes to the dress. After our chat, we'll both have a really good idea of the perfect coverage for your wedding day and the investment options. Once you've said yes to me and yes to the Collection, I send over an online contract through your client portal where you can access a signed copy of it and your receipts and future invoices at any time. A 50% retainer is due to hold your date within 2 weeks of booking, but payment options are available if we need it!

If the wedding is the big game, then an engagement session is practice. I encourage these sessions to all of my couples because they make the final product that much better come wedding day. It's your chance to get to know me in person, how I shoot, how I direct, and get comfortable with all of the things. It's my chance to see how you two vibe as a couple, what you do naturally and what the best approach to photographing your true selves will be. When the big day finally rolls around, not only do you have beautiful photos of you in regular human clothes to decorate the reception with (and your living room later, obvi), but we truly are old friends and this portrait thing? Easy peasy. Rather than us getting to know each other the day of your wedding and getting comfortable while you're getting ready, we did that months ago. 10/10 recommend.

I am with you the whole way on this. Even if you have a coordinator, I help to set the timeline of the day to make sure we are getting all the portraits that you want and in the best places - with the most beautiful light possible. I don't expect you, your cousin who just got married or your coordinator to know how long it might take us to complete that family photo list, so I love to take the timeline off your already full plate. I reach out a few months before the wedding with a full questionnaire online, and once I have it back, I lay out a tentative timeline for us to tweak as needed. We can go back and forth as many times as you see fit to make sure you two and your families are most comfortable on the big day. Once wedding day rolls around, know that I have you covered and rest easy. It's time to celebrate!

We've already done all the prep work before, so today you just get to relax and love your new spouse and the people around you. I follow the timeline we've set, scout locations and have a plan ready to go for portraits. I work hard to communicate with the other vendors so that you really can sit back and have the best day of your lives.

And yes, I will absolutely get you previews within the week following your wedding so get that hashtag ready.

AKA - delivery day. When that beautiful gallery email makes its way to your inbox. The images are complete and they are ALL yours, print release and all. Depending on the time of year when your wedding falls, full galleries take around 6-8 weeks for delivery. I host your galleries online for 18 months because I know how crazy adulting can be before and after a wedding. You'll have the option to print through me because those are the highest quality prints + albums I can offer, but the high-resolution downloads are yours to do with as you please. When you email me through the contact form, I'll send over some full galleries so you can check out a full day from getting ready to reception.
